What is your return policy?

Satisfaction is guaranteed or we'll happily give you a refund for the shirts that you purchase (minus shipping/handling fees), provided they are unworn, and unwashed, and it is within 45 days of your order.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. You DO NOT NEED paypal ato shop at Fanaticteeshop.com. Sorry, we don’t accept money orders or orders over the phone.  For your convenience, we have added instructions on how to pay with a Credit Card below:

I ordered my shirt, when is it getting here?Also, where is my order & how do I track my package? 

We ship First Class & Priority Mail exclusively with USPS and it typically takes 2-3 days for you to receive your package. Each shipping order comes with a Delivery Confirmation number that will be sent to you via email when we ship your order. A Delivery Confirmation number is similar to a tracking number, however information about the progress of your shipment is usually not updated until the day your shirt is delivered, and sometimes it says the package was delivered a day or two before it actually arrives in your mailbox.  Remember, all orders $65 and over qualify for free shipping!

Do you Ship internationally?

Sorry, we currently do not ship internationally, but plan to in the near future!

I have a great idea for a shirt, will you buy it?

If you have a good shirt idea, send it here and if we want to make it we will pay you $50 and give you a free t-shirt of your choice. The more ideas you send in, the better chance that one of yours will be selected. Feel free to include multiple ideas in one email.

I was sent the wrong/defective shirt, now what?

If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective, do not just mail it back to us. Please contact us here  with your order number and specifics on what we messed up, and we will take care of it for you.

What name will appear on my credit card bill?

The name on your credit card bill will be JAVARCO which is the legal name of our company.

Do you sell shirts wholesale?

Retailers interested in wholesale information should contact us here Please include your contact information, what store you are purchasing for, and a valid employer ID number.

Simple! Send us a photo of yourself wearing our gear and email it here Make sure you take our tees on your next trip to the game, out with friends, or just relaxing on the couch!
